Richmond Hill

Richmond Hill, found just north of Toronto, is one of the most affluent municipalities in Canada. It's centred along Yonge Street and its explosive growth has encompassed a number of smaller communities and while the multicultural population here gives it a cosmopolitan feel despite it's suburban landscape. In recent years the local economy has been bolstered by the emergence of information technology and high-tech industrials operating in Richmond Hill, including many small businesses. The area along Highway 7 is also a centre for the Chinese Community and the VIVA bus services and Go Train access make Richmond Hill easy to get to and get around in.
